🧸  CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN PERSON?

Yes you can! However, this service is only available for customers located in/nearby Teddy & Zoo HQ (San Jose, CA). Teddy & Zoo will reach out to you after the order is placed to coordinate a pick up time. 


🧸  HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PLUSHY?

Use caution when handing to children under 3 years of age due to safety eyes. Please spot clean only, as we are scared of washing machines!  

🧸  WHAT ARE THE PLUSHIES MADE OF? 

Almost all of our plushies are made with Bernat Baby Blanket Yarn (from Yarnspirations' website, "...Oeko-tex certified, and is tested for over 300 harmful substances and proven to be safe for your baby's sensitive skin"). All pieces are sewn on, and plushies are stuffed with polyfill.  

🧸  HOW BIG ARE THE PLUSHIES? 

We will list the approximate height, armspan, and thiccness of each plushy in the product description, but please use this as a reference only due to the handmade nature of each item.  

🧸  WHAT IS THE "BIRTH CERTIFICATE" MENTIONED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION? 

To create a personalized experience, we have added a Birth Certificate to the back of our thank you cards (don't throw these out!) so you can name your newest friend :) 


🧸  CAN I RETURN MY PLUSHY?
